Laundromat

Our laundromat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Attendants are hand Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Our machines take every kind of payment. You can use coins, credit cards, debit cards, or the SpyderWash card. 

Yes! We have large machines so you can wash big, bulky items like comforters, or multiple loads at a time. Our large machine is a 100-pound washer!

Yes, we have an abundance of parking. 

Wash & Fold

You can drop off your laundry Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

We offer a variety of premium laundry detergent options

There is a $20 minimum order for wash and fold orders. 

No. We will always wash your laundry separately from other client's laundry. 

Your clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. We do offer same day service for an additional charge and the laundry must dropped off by 11:00 a.m.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer laundry pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday. 

Monday pickups will be delivered back to you on Wednesday. Wednesday pickups will be delivered back to you on Friday. Friday pickups will be delivered back to you on Monday.

Minimums differ between Beaufort/Port Royal/Lady's Island and St. Helena/Bluffton/Okatie/Sheldon.

  • There is a $20 minimum for pickup and delivery service in Beaufort, Port Royal, and Lady's Island.
  • There is a $30 minimum for delivery service to St. Helena, Bluffton, Okatie, and Sheldon.

Prices differ between Beaufort/Port Royal/Lady's Island and St. Helena/Bluffton/Okatie/Sheldon. Here's the breakdown:

Beaufort, Port Royal, and Lady's Island:

  • $2.00 per pound for as-needed service
  • $1.75 per pound for recurring service—save $0.25 per pound on regularly scheduled orders

St. Helena, Bluffton, Okatie, and Sheldon:

  • $2.25 per pound for as-needed service
  • $2.00 per pound for recurring service—save $0.25 per pound on regularly scheduled orders

No you do not. When you place your order just put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry. We recommend leaving it in a secure location like concealed on the front porch, in an unlocked garage, or behind a garden fence. 

Yes, there is a section in the online order form where you can let us know if you have any special instructions. 

No. There are no contracts so you can discontinue service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our exceptional service. 

Like most online services, we will ask for your credit card or debit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed. 

We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.

Yes. You can log into your account and place your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
